Welcome to the website of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Tuscany.

Welcome to Tuscany. Our region has a longstanding tradition in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our farming business “Al casolar de no' altri” is situated in Larciano in the hills of the Montalbano, only a stone’s throw away from Florence, Montecatini Terme, Pistoia and Vinci.

The farm business comprises of dozens of cultivated olive fields, in ideal position, mid way up the hillside across wide terraces, which offer a natural habitat for the olive tree and its fruits.

The extra virgin product possesses the recognition through the I.G.P. stamp (Indicazione Geografica Protetta), which is a fundamental indicator for the high quality of our extra virgin olive oil.

We produce three different types of extra virgin olive oil:

1) Typical Tuscan Blend, produced by using the varieties Leccio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio, Pendolino, Arancino and Larcianese; 2) “Frantoio” single variety oil, entirely produced with olives of the Frantoio type. 3) “Moraiolo” single variety oil, entirely produced with the olives of the Moraiolo type.
